Admission Requirements

Unisa will notify applicants of their admission status, indicating their qualifications and corresponding study periods.
Responding to Offers
Once an applicant receives an offer from Unisa, they must respond within the specified timeframe. If the offer is not accepted within 10 working days, it will be withdrawn and given to another applicant.
Applicants can only accept one offer. Once an offer is accepted for a qualification, any other offers will be automatically withdrawn.
Registration
After accepting an offer, students must register for the specified study period. If they do not register for that semester, they will need to reapply in the next application cycle.
Who Needs to Apply?
Anyone planning to start a new qualification must apply for admission, including:
- First-time Unisa applicants
- Current students wishing to change their qualification or specialization
- Students completing a higher certificate and seeking to continue with further undergraduate studies
