Schedule:
- Monday: 1 or 2 are the last digits on those license plates.
- Tuesday: 3 or 4 are the last digits on those license plates.
- Wednesday: 5 or 6 are the last digits on those license plates.
- Thursday: 7 or 8 are the last digits on those license plates.
- Friday: 9 or 0 are the last digits on those license plates.
