Engineering Trainee
Key Purpose: To gain technical skills and experience, while becoming familiar with the company’s culture and principles during an 18-month structured programme.

- BSC, BEng, BTech, or equivalent qualification in:
- Mechanical Engineering
- Electrical/Electronics Engineering
- Energy Engineering
- Mechatronics
- Chemical Engineering

Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform specialized quality analyses that are beyond the scope of shift-based teams.
- Record analysis results in the appropriate systems and share findings.
- Analyze data to detect issues and identify improvement opportunities, communicating these to stakeholders.
- Assist shift-based teams with quality analysis as needed.
- Calibrate specialized equipment and support shift-based teams with their calibration needs.
- Conduct quality audits, document results, and communicate findings.
- Review quality analysis procedures, identify problems or training needs, and communicate them to team leaders.
- Audit the calibration procedures of shift-based teams and initiate corrective actions if necessary.
- Help production teams with problem-solving by providing specialized techniques and assistance.
- Support training needs analysis and contribute to the CAP process and development of training materials.
- Conduct specialized analyses to support continuous improvement efforts.
- Participate in regional and divisional process optimization initiatives.
